Before teams play their first game, you need the following:

 

             1)  Fill out registration form, $100 deposit

             2)  Team roster and signed waiver form

             3)  One time #3.00 CJSA FEE

             4)  Pay remainder of balance

Teams will be called the Wednesday before the first game.  You will be given the time you play your first game.  The rest of schedule will be online the following Monday.
